About
Experience-led advice
Solstice Insight is led by Professor Sean Wellington, an experienced higher education leader and independent consultant.
His career includes senior executive roles in UK universities, including Interim Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive, Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor.
He brings extensive experience of institutional strategy, transformation, governance and academic leadership, alongside internationally recognised expertise in engineering higher education, professional accreditation and educational standards.
The consultancy combines senior leadership experience with independent judgement, practical insight and a deep understanding of the challenges facing contemporary higher education.
